Every ingredient comes into our kitchen fresh and raw. Our salads, sauces, and falafel are freshly chopped, diced, mixed, and prepared by our cooks. Our meats are marinated, grilled, and seasoned by hand, every day.

The result is a quality of food you wouldn’t normally find in a quick-service setting like ours. We don’t take shortcuts because our passion is making great food part of your everyday life. That’s what makes Falafill so special. It may not be easy. If it were easy, everyone would do it.
